Return & Refund Policy — Artzivo

At Artzivo, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed clothing to our customers. Since all our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. 📦 Our Products Are Made-To-Order
All Artzivo products are custom printed on demand specifically for you. Because each item is uniquely created at the time of your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Wrong size selected by the customer
Change of mind after placing the order
Personal preference issues
Dislike of the design after purchase
We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart carefully before ordering.
2. ✅ When Are Returns & Refunds Accepted?
We will accept a return or offer a replacement only in the following cases:
The product received is defective
The product has a printing error or misprint
The product is damaged upon delivery
You received the wrong item
⚠️ All claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after 7 days will not be entertained.
3. 🎥 Mandatory Proof Required
To process any return, replacement, or refund claim, the following are compulsory:
A clear unboxing video (recorded from the moment the package is opened)
Photos of the defective/damaged product
Photos of the original packaging
Without these, we will be unable to process your claim. Please unbox all packages carefully — damage caused by scissors or sharp objects during unboxing will not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless an unboxing video is provided.
4. 🔄 Replacement Process
Once your claim is verified and approved:
Artzivo will reprint and reship the correct product to you at no additional cost
Replacements are processed within 7 business days of claim approval
5. 💰 Refund Process
Refunds are not provided for print-on-demand products unless the product is defective, misprinted, or an error was made on our part.
If a refund is approved:
It will be credited via your original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. 📏 Size & Measurement Tolerance
Please note that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for all apparel products. This is an industry norm and is not eligible for returns or refunds. We recommend referring to our size guide before ordering.
7. 🚚 Undelivered & Return to Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to any of the following reasons, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO):
Incomplete or incorrect address provided
Customer not reachable or contactable
Customer refused delivery
Pincode not serviceable
Premises/office closed at time of delivery
COD amount not ready at time of delivery
In case of an RTO, no refund is processed. To reship the order to a corrected address, a new order must be placed at the customer's expense.
📌 Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Artzivo is not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information.
8. 📬 Lost in Transit
If your order is confirmed lost during shipping by the courier partner, Artzivo will issue a full refund or replacement once the shipping status officially confirms the item as lost.
Delayed Deliveries:
If delivery is not attempted within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface), you may request a reshipment or a refund.
9. 🎨 Color Disclaimer
Our products are printed using world-class digital printers with OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks. Please note that:
Colors in the final product may slightly differ from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor calibration and printing process variations
This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund
We recommend ordering test products before bulk purchases if you are a reseller
10. ❌ Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, as production begins immediately. Please review your order carefully — including size, design, and delivery address — before completing your purchase.
11. 📩 How to Raise a Complaint
To initiate a return or refund claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery:
