2. ✅ Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order with Artzivo, you confirm that:

3. 🛍️ Products & Orders
3.1 Made-to-Order Products
All Artzivo products are custom made-to-order. Once an order is placed, production begins almost immediately. Therefore:
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed
Please review your size, design, color, and address carefully before completing your purchase
Artzivo is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process
3.2 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
Colors may slightly vary due to screen display settings and printing processes
A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for all apparel and is not considered a defect
Product images are for representation purposes only
3.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. Artzivo reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. 💳 Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Artzivo reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order
We accept major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway
In the event of a payment failure, please do not attempt the same transaction multiple times. Contact us at support@artzivo.in for assistance
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders and pincodes
5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on your location
Shipping timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances
Artzivo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS
5.1 Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address
Artzivo will not be liable for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect address information
In case of a failed delivery or Return to Origin (RTO), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy
6. 🔄 Returns, Refunds & Replacements
All return, refund, and replacement requests are handled as per our dedicated Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Key highlights:
Returns are accepted only for defective, misprinted, or damaged products
Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video and photographs
No returns for wrong size selected, change of mind, or personal preference
Refunds are credited via the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval

All designs, logos, graphics, content, and branding on the Artzivo website and products are the exclusive intellectual property of Artzivo
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use any of our designs or branding without prior written consent from Artzivo
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action
If you believe any content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at support@artzivo.in

You may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features of our website
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
