Shipping policy

At Artzivo, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Since all our products are custom made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Qikink, please read this shipping policy carefully to understand timelines, charges, and processes.

1. 🖨️ Order Processing & Printing Time

All Artzivo products are printed on demand — meaning your item is made fresh, just for you, after you place your order. No ready stock is maintained.

⚠️ Processing time does not include the delivery time. Your order is handed over to the courier partner after printing and quality checking are completed.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. 🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within India Only)

Artzivo currently ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

📌 Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

3. 📦 Shipping Partners

Artzivo ships through trusted courier partners assigned automatically by Qikink based on your delivery location and the fastest available route. Our courier network includes leading logistics providers across India to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

For certain remote or rural locations, India Post may be assigned as the delivery partner. Please note that India Post tracking updates may be delayed or limited — in such cases, we rely on the courier's final delivery confirmation.

4. 🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS linked to your registered contact details.

Use the tracking number on the courier partner's website or app to monitor your delivery status

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch

For India Post shipments, tracking updates may be limited or delayed

5. 💵 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Your delivery location (state/pincode)

Product type and weight

Shipping mode selected (Air / Surface)

Free Shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods — watch out for announcements on our website and social media.

6. 💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and pincodes across India.

COD Remittance is processed within 4 Business Days of successful delivery

COD may not be available for all products, locations, or order values

If COD is not available for your pincode, you will be notified at checkout

7. 📍 Serviceable Locations

We deliver to most pincodes across India. However, some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable:

You will be notified at the time of checkout or after order placement

We will try our best to find an alternate courier solution

If no solution is available, a full refund will be initiated

8. 📬 Undelivered & Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

An order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and returned to our fulfillment center in the following situations:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Customer not reachable or contactable at the time of delivery

Customer refused to accept the delivery

Delivery location/pincode not serviceable by the courier

COD amount not ready at the time of delivery attempt

Multiple failed delivery attempts

In case of RTO:

No automatic refund is processed for RTO orders

To reship the order, a new order must be placed at the customer's expense

Artzivo is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address information

📌 Please double-check your name, address, pincode, and phone number before completing your order. Errors in address details are the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. 🕐 Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeline, here's what to do:

Air Shipments: If delivery has not been attempted within 15 days of dispatch, contact us

Surface Shipments: If delivery has not been attempted within 20 days of dispatch, contact us

Upon verification, we will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange for a reshipment or refund as applicable.

10. 📦 Lost in Transit

If your order is officially confirmed as lost during shipping by the courier partner, Artzivo will:

Issue a full replacement or full refund upon confirmation

Initiate the resolution process within 5–7 business days of the loss being confirmed

Please report suspected lost shipments to us at support@artzivo.in with your Order ID and tracking details.

11. 🎁 Packaging & Branding

All Artzivo orders are packed with care using custom branded packaging. Depending on your order, packaging may include:

Branded packaging with Artzivo identity

Custom neck labels on apparel

Branded invoices or packing slips

Optional thank-you cards or stickers (during special promotions)

🎥 We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your package. This is required for any damage or defect claims as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Artzivo ships within India only and does not offer international shipping at this time

Artzivo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees
